Is it possible for a 172 to dyno 183hp and 245nm of torque with only a ported head and a decat?

  2002 clio 172
So guys, i bought a clio 172 in Bosnia (which is rly rare) and previous owner told me that it has a ported head (inlet and exhaust), it was remapped and it has no cat, it came with a supersprint middle and magnaflow rear silencer. It sounds incredible and it pulls like crazy fo sho. Previous owner sent me a picture of a dyno graph and it said 183hp and 245nm of torque, is that possible?

245nm =180 ft lbs sounds a bit high

I would guess 170hp and 150 ft lbs is probably more realistic

The head is CNC ported by Renault isn't it? So to further port the head and see more gains you need to be very experienced.

Anyone that has had that kind of specialist work done, will be able to show a receipt, because the company that did the work will be very well known and respected.

My 172 I had was mapped by EFI (the go to Renault tuner in the uk) had group n timing and 182 exhaust manifold and it made 185bhp 170ftlb of torque. That had totally stock inlets on it.
