INJECTOR QUESTION

i have had a garage look at my problem which was posted yesterday! he thinks my injector seal or ring has gone, i have recently had my injectors replaced, when replacing my injectors should renault have replaced these seals or rings? should an injector seal or ring have gone after only having the injectors replaced 6 weeks ago?

They should idealy have changed the seal rings.

i have had confirmation that they have threaded the screw on the first injector! does that mean anything to anyone? apparently it keeps popping up and is not going to be held down! according to a mech. what do i do?

Ouch, there is a bolt holding the clamp on which pushes the injector down. Sounds like they stripped this. It will need a heli coil.

Best hjave a work with them and poit it it muct have been them who messed up.
