You can do it yourself if you want if you don't feell keen other on here will do it for £30~40.
Apex are popular but they cna give a harder ride its not to bad though Eisback would be my prefered choice although to be honest I'd get matahcing springs and dampers ever time for a better ride.
K-techracing.com and about £80..... get a haynes manual and fit them yourself, its a piece of piss, all you need is some spanners (21mm mostly) and some spring compressors.. easy.
I'd pick eibach pro kit. The handling is vastly improved without making the ride crashy or tiresome. Not the cheapest but you generally get what you pay for
Depend wht type you use Apex are popular there about £200~250 I think the ideal would be to go to Coilovers there a group buy on at the moment for £420 or so for FK which will let you lower your car more and the ride is better than normal springs and shocks would be.

I have to agree. I got the Eibach Pro kit (springs and dampers), lowered her 30mm. The kit cost about £500, then it cost me £200 to have them fitted as I wasnt going to attempt it myself. The ride is excellent as is the handling. It's the best thing I have done for my car in my opinion.
You can just buy the springs of course but I thought I might as well change the lot whilst I was at it.
