Improving 172 bhp

Hi, I bought a mk2 ph2 172 a couple of months back but want to improve it's bhp to 190-200 bhp. I've got a BMC CDA (not yet fitted, awaiting hillpower inlet) but wanted to know what other mods I will need and it's cost? Will the BMC CDA, a 182 manifold, sports cat, k-tec stealth exhaust then with after those mods an ECU remap get me to those sorts of gains?
