Idling help please

Over the past few weeks i have noticed the car not idling correctly.

It sounds as if the car is going to stall every so often

I have done a search but all i can find is it may be the lambda or the plugs.

I changed the plugs yesterday and the problem persists.

Does anyone have anything that may help?

Also i am thinking of switching the lambdas around heard it may help?
