i cant find a decent case

im trying to find a new case for a htpc but i cant find a good one well i can but they all seem to be 200+ with no psu :(

anyone seen any decent ones ? needs to be full atx good cooling properties quiet and look good

the coolermaster in black is alright

i like the silverstone ones well mainly their 2 new ones and also the zalman but all mucho money it doesnt really need a vfd as its going to be behind the doors in teh cabinate

  Monaro VXR
^ ive got one of them going unused

But its not really suitable for an HTPC cant really fit in in with the dvd player.

And the lian li one even if you found it would likely be very expensive all there cases are. But if you want a specific case get in touch with someone who stocks lian li cases and ask them to special order you one in and give you a price on it. Scan should be able to do that for you. If not ask www.microdirect.co.uk to. I know for a fact they will get parts they dont stock in for people. They got my motherboard for me before they started selling them took them a few more months before they started stocking them.

i found the lian-li one for $170 i really like some other cases but they are all mini atx and that doesent give enough flexability imho

They are all poo value, with useless PSU's. I have used this case for seven PC's, fantastic value, great cooling, good power supply, brilliant build quality, and a good display at the front

I would recommend it highly

about the micro ATX problem, it depends what socket you are using, if its 775 then you have no problems because the Asus P5B-VM has everything a full size board does and more

As I say, I have built seven systems using these two as the base components, have had no problems with any of them
