Hiding 6x9s.....

I left the car with my mate for the day to fit audio, headunit sub e.t.c

i told him not to put the 6x9s on the parcel shelf, and what does he do? puts the 6x9s right in the middle of the parcel shelf.

Now i look like a chav, i was just wondering if i can now hide them, without having to buy a new parcel shelf.

Anyone got any techniques for hiding them?

Tights? See through black / grey material stretched over the top?

Take them out, mount them in the same holes but from underneath.

Then cover the whole shelf in black accoustic carpet.

The easiest way to hide them is to get some black or grey acoustic carpet (most car audio shops will sell it) and just cover the shelf with it. As long as you have grills on the 6 x 9's the sound should be affected

if you have time do as Daniel said and mount them undereath and then cover

Punch him in the Kidneys and make him buy you a new parcel shelf.

Get him to punch you in the Kidneys for actually buying 6x9's.
