HID Light adjustment?

Can anyone here help me please im wanting to know which way to turn the adjuster to make them go down as my lights are blinding everyone as I go past them

The 182 has automatic self adjustment, so playing with them is a no no.

Don't worry about other people, I get the odd occasional flash of lights off people passing, thinking that I've left high beam on... so I just flash back making sure they know I don't
