Help with contacting Renault UK

  TRACK CAR BREAKING
basically following my last thread with my immobilizer problems! http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?601873-Immobliser-problems.

i have decided to contact Renault UK.. i have writing a letter to them that i was going to email to them but when i go to send it, it asks me what local dealer ship i want to send it to..

How can i contact Renault UK direct without having to go through a dealer ship? i wont be contacting Lookers Renault as they were just mugging me off!

this is my letter by the way.. Feel free to edit it or reword it, so that im more likely to get a refund...

Basically 4 months ago i had an immobiliser problem with my car.. it turn’t out to be the uch which was the problem. I then gotthe new UCH from Renault Darlington’s Harlow, and had it programmed by an employee there (Elliot gardener)

2 weeks ago the same problem occurred again so straight away took it to a Renault garage.. Harlow had shut down so i took it into lookers Chelmsford.. whilst the car was there they told me the part that I replaced last time wasn’t under warranty as it was from Harlow and they had closed down.. even though the part has 12 months warranty.. I told them that it was a very similar problem to last time and it could well be the uch again .so they started diagnosing the car and ruling out the possible problems. they charged me for a new key, and programming despite the 2 keys i had were perfectly fine and even they said that which cost £216.18, after that the problem was still the uch.. they then tried a new battery and charged me another £64 despite the other battery being fine !
they then decided to change the uch again and like i said that was the problem.. i was very un happy with them wanting nearly £700 for fixing it when i had it fixed 4 months before hand.. i then ended getting charged £291 for a new key and battery even though it didn’t need them!!
i have spoken to a few Renault specialist and they have all said to contact Renault UK and i should be able to get a refund as its wasn’t my mistake it was lookers..

i fell that i should not of been charge as this is none of my fault and they seemed to be getting as much money out of me as possible despite me wanting to spend £15000 there on a clio 200 i was looking at buying..

Please could you get back to me

Thanks

any advice people or help re wording?

i forgot to mention they said the new UCH they had fitted was no longer under warranty and wouldn't be replaced if it was to break again!

  172,scenic, trafic
you just ring them up and they open a case, doesnt make much difference tho, has taken two years to admit my scenic has a gearbox whine and still no further , good luck

Phone them, your letter writing skills leave something to be desired and they are very good on the phone.

Theyre useless I wouldn't expect much unless you have a good relationship with a Renault dealer.

Do not send that letter! (I stopped at basically)

I've not done it was Renault, but I have with Kawasaki. They took details over the phone, then rang the dealer and told them to sort it out, which they did.
