Help With Colour Coding

Im looking to colour code my clio soon and after reading most of the threads about it on here and the guide, I wondered if someone could leave me more details on the materials I will need (e.g. type of sandpaper, type of primer etc). And any other information relevant to the spraying (e.g. how many layers of primer, how long to leave things to dry before applying other layers etc).
