help please

my number plate light has gone out,changed bulb and still off,does anyone know which fuse is it for the np bulb as i think it may be this,i aint tested it to see if power is going to it as i have not got a tester,just thought i would check if fuse has gone first,thanx

sometimes the connectors may be a bit rusty just file and clean them a little, open up the bulb holder thing and clean it
