Help identify this engine noise

I first thought dephaser but the noise is coming from the tip if the engine and gets quieter closer to the pulleys

Goes away as soon as any throttle is applied

Take it back & ask why they didn't change the dephaser.

No, I had andy change the belt whilst it was out the car . My fault entirely for overlooking it.

Ill just take it back out again and get it redone when I've got the time. It's only a weekend car anyway
