Help again please

Posted a thread last night how to kake pictures samller from say 1024x778 to a larger or smaller size, and someone kindly posted another thread which gave me something to download and it worked.

But now i need something which can make the image size say from 255KB to a larger or smaller size ? :S

Help needed ?

don't know what program you are using but normally there will be a setting to alter the quality of the file saved.

would that just be right clicking on the picture ?

open the picture up in the program you used to resize it, then File/Save As and there should be a "quality" setting or something similar. Save the file with a different name in case you need to go back to the original size/quality.
