Head unit mounting cage

So I bought a new head unit off eBay and went to fit it today. It all plugs in fine but when I went to put the head unit into the dash I have realised that there is no cage!

Went to Halfrauds and bought one but it seems to be slightly to big for my head unit (Sony MEX-BT4700u). It sits in there much better than without obviously but it isn't at all secure. I guess the question I'm asking is what type of cage/frame do I need that will only allow the had unit to be removed using the removal tools and if anyone knows could you stick a link to one on here? I'm fed up with wasting money buying the wrong sh*t all the time lol.

At Halfords did they only have generic ones, or did you get a sony specific.

When mine got damaged I bought this.

I have MEX-BT3700U, this fit fine.

Unless with yours having double line display it maybe larger I don't know.
