having some problems with ...

my windscreen / auto wipers.

i had my windscreen replaced a couple of months ago due to a stray stone, then the auto windscreen wipers stopped working a wee while later.
so i took it to renault and they replaced the sensor and the gel pack ....
but it still didnt work so i took it back and same again, the gel pack and sensor were changed and it still never worked so back again and you know what happens next ?! ... it still doesnt work.

what the hell can i do ? lol

just keep taking it back untill its fixed....

no point in bodging a job to fix it yourself...

is it under warranty?

u sure u had the correct windscreen fitted?. i had new one when i got a crack in mine, and it had a green tint on it( was the wrong one). The one you need has a purpleish tint to it. Jus make sure u have the right one.

Iv got a crack on mine, better get it seen to before warranty expires just in case.

surely whoever did the windscreen is negligent here?

yeah autoglass through insurance and i wasnt happy at the time. mega pissed off with them. phoned them to get told to come down at a certain time so i do so only to be told it cant be seen for another 2 hours so off to breahead then back and they take it. 'come back in * hours' so i do, still not ready. 1 hour later right its ready. go out and look at it and the rubber bits are hanging everywhere. raging.
