Handbrake

I adjusted the handbrake winders on the rear drums and all was fine and dandy. Worked great.

But two weeks later my handbrake pulls all the way up and it wont hold the car weight anymore, so my car rolls all the time and have to park up on a night with it in gear.

Any one got any ideas what could be causing this?

Happend to my uncles BMW...

Strip the drums donw maybe the tensioenr have broke or something.
