grinding noise at high speeds

anyone help me please
my 172 makes a grinding noise when i first move off and when i break at high speeds approaching islands??
Its annoying and really bugs me - renault think it to be a ABS pump problem but i dont believe it as they said they will not replaced it as it could create more problems??

Any more views would be grate as it goes in tomorrow. I think it may be the barings but not sure?

Check your brakes pads as I said in your other thread.

ive checked them mate and there fine. Just been to renault again and they plugged my car in and came up with nothing. the rte seems to think the ABS pump is vibrating against something but is unsure? has anyone got any ideas or have had similar problems?

There only a few bolts hold the ABS sytem in get them to find out the problem.
