glue puller dent removal

Has anybody tried the glue and puller kits off ebay for small dents?

My bonnet has got a coulple of small dents where it looks like some idiot has pressed the bonnet shut and not dropped it.

wondering if one of these kits is likely to work..

I bought one and it's ok for older cars with thin tinny metal. For newer stuff you'll need a better glue. The glue they provide is cheap crap.
I got some proper glue off our dent guy at work and it's worlds apart to what those kits come with.
