Gearbox Time

So our Track Day Clio Cuo 05 plate has started to do the dreaded crunch into 2nd gear ...where should we go to get it a.Replaced B.Rebuilt .

I am not keen on just putting a second hand one in as we will be back to square 1 again ..

Also anything we should do at the same time ..ie clutch etc ..

as it is a track day car a short shift fitted as well would be good ..
