Gearbox Codes

I need to know what the MK1 Clio Diesel Gearbox code is please....

The reason I need to know the code is because my local scrappy has a gearbox and he "thinks" it came out of a diesel. I don't wanna fit a 1.2 gearbox in my valver, LOL.

I did have one ready to fit up until Sunday night when some pikey stole it from my front garden

There not stronger - in fact there weaker but they will take you to 100 quicker

Matt, do you know which code the 1.9d box with the ultra long ratio's is? I had one in the Williams, but all the codes etc had been removed and some dodgy fucker had penned on 2.0 instead. The car was deffo quicker with it in though, petrol consumption was also out of this world! I got to Surrey and back to Manchester on less that 3/4 of a tank
