Front o2 sensor fault - replace and still same

Ok as a previous thread I have had my emission light on, I hooked up RStuner and plotted the front o2 sensor, it was only reading about 9-19mv as below:

Ok, tonight I replaced the pre cat lambda and put RStuner back in and its still the same, around 9-19mv. So what can I try tonight? Is it possible that the 2nd hand lambda I bought was dead too? What else can it be?

removing a good lambda often damages it, so fitting used ones is pretty futile. Get a new sensor

Are there any other tests that I could do to confirm? Would hate to spend £60 odd to find its not that.

shake the sensor. if it rattles it's dead.
