Front hub's from PH1 onto PH2?

Hi,

I was told I can use the front hub's from a PH1 clio on a PH2 aslong as I change over both front hubs and not just one, is this true?

Also, in doing this would brakes need to be from PH1 and also would it cause any problems with allo sizes/fitment etc..

I really have little knowledge with the wheels etc so could do with some help here

Had a look on euro car parts and found these under Hubs and Wheel bearings, type in my reg and hopefully this is the correct part?

It says its for 98-01 cars, I think mines 01-05 or something? Car was manufactured in September if that helps? Should I search for 2002 parts instead just to be sure?
