Essential Mac Software/Applications

Anybody got any essential Mac Software/Applications worth having?

I currently have Onyx, XSlimmer, Office 2008 Mac, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop CS4, iTunes, Tomato Torrent, Parallels, Firefox which I use the most. Anything anybody else recommends?

That's what I have Parallels for. Sod Bootcamp, rather be able to run the 2 together. And windows is actually toss (from many experiences), only reason I need it is to use a CD based car manual. But anyway, let's not make this another Mac vs PC thread.
