Engine oil on non sports

hi everyone got a 1.4 16V dynamique, my engine oil needs topping up, just wondering which oil i should get, i think it is 10W40 but just checking before i top up with the wrong stuff what would originaly be in there - e.g, from renault ?

will be doing a oil change myself soon, but just needs topping up for now...

i put 10w40 in my 1.2 so should be ok in a 1.4
