Engine feels like carburator when he is cold

  Clio MkII 172 K reg
Hi everyone,
When I start the car at the morning and after about 2 minutes start to drive (in low revs) the engine feels like a carburator engine. It feel like something try to stop me and I need to push harder on the Throttle body.
feel like old carburator engine when it cold. The Throttle body not behave smooth. This only happens until the engine come to his regular temperature. 2 months ago repalced plugs+leads. month ago I did a big service that included timing+water pump+Throttle body cleaning+driveshaft fix and few small fixings.

Also when start the engine the revs go up and down slightly for about 2 minutes until I start to move.

Anybody had this problem already ?

The "resistance" to the throttle it isn't a problem, it's the engine's ECU compensating for the lower temperature at start up.

Mine has done it from new and for all of its 93,000 miles - it is standard practice for a 172/182 to do this.

Also the engine will gently increase and then drop the revs until it's happy that everything's up to temperature and it can drop to it's normal idle speed.
