Engine cover

I've seen that some people have their engine cover painted on their Renault Sports. But is it possible to get the same thing done to a 1.2 16V clio 03 reg? Was trying to source one and get it painted cherry red to match my car

Yeah but I would like the big cover that Ali has on his engine, just to make it a whole lot tidyer looking
