Emissions light PMS cat & exhaust

Hi - I recently fitted the PMS sports cat and exhaust to my 182 and I now have the emissions light on. I used copper grease but only for sections past the cat (and hence the sensors). I have three questions: 1. Have any of you guys had the problem before with the PMS exhaust/cat? 2. Does the emissions light stay on permanently if it's been "triggered" once or would it disappear once emissions were normal again? 3. Is there a cheap diagnostics reader capable of resetting the fault?

My down stream o2 sensor triggers now and then, in running a Ktec cat and system. Once it’s on I’m pretty sure it strays on until it’s reset, I got the cheap Icarsoft reader and it’s great a resetting a number of codes, these included.
