Driver side Rear brake only half works

Hi guys just a bit of help really the DSR brake only comes on if pedal is fully to the floor otherwise nothing and the wheel spins freely ,checked other side no problems Could feel the difference by how hard you broke .

Sticky calliper? Probably needs a rebuild or replacement.
