could be, lambda sensor, tps or map sensor..

I had a similar thing, if trying to go over 3k revs felt like the car was running out of petrol and had a huge power loss.

Mine ended up being my map sensor, new one fixed it

This happened to mine a few weeks ago, all it was was a corroded wire in the end, best thing to do is get on the renault clip for a diagnotic test, might be nothing might be something major usual culprits throttlebody,map sensor, throttle position sensor,lambda sensor and many many more, hence why we sugest you get diagnostics done on it asap will cost you £75ish from renault main dealer for the diagnotics alone, my advice find a renault specialist that dont charge main dealer prices goodluck and hope you get it fixed
