Device driver

Please help my pc just re-boots itself while im using it.
sent the report to microsoft and they replied saying it was a device driver causing the problem.
what does this mean and is there a way to fix it.

goto Start > control panel > performance and maintenance > system

Then click the tab 'hardware' the click 'device manager;

is there any yellow ? or any red X
