De-catted 1.4

What sort of performance gains can be obtained from fitting a de-cat pipe to my clio 1.4? Ive got a longlife backbox on there already and Im wondering if it is worth the 50 quid or so it will cost. Will I notice the difference in power/speed?

You should get some decent power increase but your manifold is where most of the restriction is currently. Problem with de-catting is itll fail your MOT and Itll be a lot louder & sound tinyer (if thats a word)!
