custom hose needed for inlet...ideas?

Im finally at the point where I need to connect my throttle body to my air filter. The filter neck is 82mm od and the stock throttle body is 73mm od. The distance between them is approx. 30cm. Anyone an idea of the best way to make the connection?

Roose motorsport make all sorts of one off hoses, if you could mock up something as a template and send it to Paul then he will make it for you.

If you have a silicon section for each end, do as I did.
i popped in to a mates place who fabricates exhausts, he chopped off an off cut of stainless tubing in the right size, or as close to as he could match.
fettled it in to shape with his pipe bending tools and even flared the ends for a more secure fitment, before finally welding on a bracket so it could all be held secure.
grand total of £10 to pop in to his 'tea club' pot for the boys for the week.

back home, quick lick with some satin black paint, left to dry over night and all was perfect.

Not a bad idea. Thinking either ally pipe with 2 flexi hoses or just a large silicone hose. Dying to get it back on the road..
