cruise control buttons help!!

I recently got my wheel re-trimmed, awful job but I will cover that topic on a different thread.
The thing is I got the wheel back with the 2 black plastic flaps (under the c/c buttons) missing and the buttons can't work properly.
Granted they aren't easy to come by, do you have any suggestion about how to fix the problem?
Still waiting a reply from the "re-trimmer" just in case i get a negative answer.

A little off topic but I think my buttons are faulty too, how do you get the airbag cover off to the point you have in the pic
