coolant question??

hi all

what brand of coolant do people recommend to put in a 172?

at the moment im using texaco havaline antifreeze/coolant it is bright orange
someone on here told me that coolant is normal green? does it matter?

plus i never know how much to put in when topping up?

i have no idea working for renault i would say renault premixed coolant. coolant comes in all different colours.
