Clio MK3 "check injection" after a minor crash

So i have this clio MK3, with the 1.2TcE (D4Ft/D4F784) 74kW motor and i had a minor collission with the front end of the car at about 15mph. Immediately, i noticed my front right blinker went and i got this message on the dashboard along with a weird booming sound from the engine - almost as if the exhaust note changed totally. I assume it's some kind of wiring loom damage, but i'm frankly really not sure. Under the hood, there is nothing screaming at me - no leaks, no broken hoses, no damaged wires or connectors, but thats just at a glance. I dont have access to an obd2 scanner right now so thaat doesnt really help. If anyone has any experience with this sort of thing that theyd like to share, i would be tremendously thankful.

NOTE: I was only wondering if anyone may have any idea in terms of what would be worth looking at, cause currently, i am totally clueless
