Hi All
I have a early ph2 Clio 172 and as the title says, passenger window not working.
After extensive investigation, I found that the UCH had been replaced with one from a 172 cup. According to the previous owner, the car had an ECU problem, so he replaced ECU, UCH and key. After the replacement, the car started up, but the passenger window seized to operate.
I've replaced window switches on both drivers and passenger sides and no joy.
Found a thread here that tackles this issue, but following the steps to bypass the UCH by jumping two pins proved fruitless.
So my question is, is the cup UCH different to a normal 172 UCH in terms of the window wiring?
What's even more confusing is that it is a FF and the air conditioning works and its my understanding that the cup version didn't come with A/C.
If anybody could shed some light, would be greatly appreciated.
