Changing Fabric on interior Doors

Just wondering, how easy or whats the best way to go about changing the fabric on the interior. The bits on the door/ rear sides in particular.

Take off the door card, drill the little plastic circles holding on the farbic. Take it off, spray with adhesive spray and put over the new material.
