Change It ?

I always get my EML and it showed with a mifire so i have done the following.

New Oil filter & oil
New Air filter
New Pollen filter
New Coil pack
New HT leads
And i have just done my spark plugs which where bad.

Now im getting the EML on with this code saying i need a bank 1 lambda probe.
The car is running fine with now problems and no misfire.
The EML comes and goes when it likes, I only put shell optimax (V-Power) in the car so thinking i should maybe change this.

yup, up stream lambda, i'd check the CTS and the thermostat too, does it rev to 7200?

plug 3 from the left has come loose (note the black soot on the base of the white ceramic) someone didn't use a torque wrench!

Fred it revs fine right up to just over 7000 no problem, its not lumpy and there is no misfire.
The plugs have been in the car since i got it so i have no idea who done them or how they where put in.

I will be changing Bank one lambda probe on the car aswell as the coolant temp sensor to see if this helps and then if need be i will do the thermostat also.

Its had a good coolant flush and had new fresh coolant so hoping its not a thermostat issue.
