Cat Cam Question

I know this has been discussed a lot in other threads but they rarely seem that conclusive.

I am looking to understand the best Cat Cam part number to suit the following build:

• Uprated valve springs
• Standard internals
• non-VVT

I know people suggest getting 5502421 but these are VVT cams denoted by the 4th number being a 2, i have seen in other places the 5503421 which is a non-VVT part number but many places dont seem to stock them anymore, i have also seen other threads suggesting that the 5503432 is basically the 5502421 without VVT, is this just a part number convention change that was made or am i missing something?

Also anyone want to buy some 5503422s
