Car Owner Change

Hi does anyone know where you can find info on car owner changes for free? Sure i found a website before where you put in the number plate and it told you last time it was sold...

That would be good. I know RAC website used to tell you how many previous keepers a car had but now they have taken that facility off there now. You can still find out on Ebay though if you start a 'for sale' ad but it's a bit of a pain to do. Anyone else know of any like sites?
