Can you tighten AUX belt on 182?

I had the all belts changed 20k miles ago but the aux belt seems to be slipping when turning at low speed and screeches a bit when starting the car from cold. Can you tighten it or is it best to get the belt done again. If you can tighten it, do you need a special tool?
