Can someone confirm my knocking

When i am driving/rolling fast over a bumpy roads even on motorways were its bumpy im getting a nocking. It only happens if im over around 40mph i think its the top mounts. i have uprated engine mounts all round so rule this one out. Its definetly from the front end and i have done a search but did not find the symtoms. any input would be helpfull.

It could be anything in the suspension department, front shocks, bushes etc. It's get under there time and check them one by one.

wot am i looking for had a look under the car yesterday seems ok no play or movment it the bushes and balljoints
