hi, i am in need of some help on my phase 2 172.
sunday i went out to use the car and turned the engine on and up popped a light on my dash, (looks like a heartbeat sign on a monitor) switched the car off and back on a couple of times and still the same although this time the engine management light has come on and sometimes the car struggles to start.
anyway today i had the day off work and got in contact with a guy i know who does diagnostic fault reading etc, hes busy till wednesay so i decided to fit my matched inlets.
basically after fitting the inlets the car now revs straight up to the limiter on turn over and wont die down at all even if you blip the throttle a bit.
any ideas?
also just to add, when the ignition is turned on you can hear a buzzing/ crackling noise coming from the throttle body could it be that ?
any help would be appreciated
