brake fluid in servo hose!!! :(

As posted in a previous thread, my brakes have failed. I checked the servi vacume hose for splits or cracks and found brake fluid to pour out from the servo side of the pipe. What has happened??? Im really lost on this one. What needs to be replaced? I checked my brake fluid level and it wasnt low, so it cant be that bad.

With a full brake fluid resivoir though?

It only takes a little fluid in the servo to look like a lot and remember, the vac line will pull it thru in to the pipe also.

Has anything happened recently like some muppet been allowed to service it who maybe pulled the resevoir out of the master cylinder?
