Bad metallic sounding rattle/tap in the boot

Got my bro to sit in the boot and it feels to be coming from around the suspenion struts if you put your hand on the top mount going over bumps you can feel it like a tap.creaky rattle. Is this common? car is lowered 60mm and i think its becuase of the rear coils sitting very close... could it be the rear arm bushings? if so are these easy to replace or is it some minor adjustment that needs doing?

mine has a metal on metal sound mate coming from the rear i have been told it is normal on apex springs mine is lowered 40mm but i dont think it is right to be honest so it must be something else involved..are your oe rubber spacers fitted between the spring and the base i was told this is a problem i asked my garage to double check and they said it was on but to be honest io am going to take some pics and see what everyone else thinks on here cheers
