Autochanger compatibility...?

Hello all,

I'm looking for a new head unit for my Mk1 Clio 172 and it has the Renault autochanger. Do you know of any units that will be compatible with the autochanger / remote control stalk?

i think that the easiest way would be to just buy whatever hu you want and get an adapter for the stalk, as for the changer i aint too sure. cd are old fashioned anyway
