It took me a week to get hold of Renault, when i finally got hold of Alex Phealing he admited the car wasnt safe to drive, so arranged for me to have a hire car.
still chasing Renault UK to find out any news as i have to give the car back tmw, so i rang the dealers and spoke to the service guy, he said they had inspected the car, there was no signs of damage, the computer showed that an impact had been detected though.
so i have to await renault getting back to me with where we go from now.
Alex explained that if they could find damage that i would have to pay for this myself, but if it looked like a fault they would pay. the info i got from the renautl dealers didnt say anything in either direction, so still in the balance.
