Airbag/Seat Wiring (PIC)

My SERV and Airbag light used to randomly pop on and off. But has recently stayed on, Now after checking under the seat noticed this. Are these wired correctly, i will also get them soldered properly

That pic looks like the wires coming from the seat (the ones twisted together)
Where's the wires gone that connect to them coming from the car?
