Aftermarket Steering wheel

If i was to fit an aftermarket steering wheel the airbag light will be on?

Other than removing the bulb is there any other way of turning the light off?

ive recently made a few threads about this, mines all sorted now, you just need to get 2 resisters, i got 3.9ohm, and simply put them in the airbag conecters
heres a pic to show you what it should look like, its reli easy to do, make sure u electric tape it all up after

no mate, i folded the wire so it was doubled up just to make it tighter, (it was to long anyway so either had to do that or cut abwt 2cm from each end anyway) squeezed it togeter with some plyers and then it just fit strate in, the hole as its like a pin size hole anyway so once pushed in its tight and doesnt move/wiggle around
i made sure i taped it up at both ends of the resistor that goes into the airbag conecter then just taped the whole lot of it up
