After service ............Help!

Had my clio serviced, had the oil, air filters and spark plugs changed. I've had the spark plugs fitted that renault recommend, but a local garage done the service.Problem... Im sure the exhaust smells of rotten egg?????? Also, when i pull away the car seems to stutter, dont happen everytime tho. Any idea's???

listen to the exhaust from the back, every 1 or 2 secs it pops, not a BANG, but just a pop. lol, so yes guess so??

could be then maybe coilpack failure might be worth getting them to double check it for you.

rite, do u reckon it sounds safe to drive? in a way that its not gunna damage anything engine wise?

plug gaps may be?
i know they're 'pre-set', but if you've not bought them from Renault against their part number, i'd still check them

i got the part number of jms tuning (on here) gave that to the garage and they ordered them through the part number. Fecking cars!!!!!!

coilpack is the square block on top of the engine which has 4 Ht Leads coming out of it,

could be a faulty spark plug, take it back to the garage for them to double check it...

take it back to the garage. my guess is it's something to do with the plugs, or maybe they've damaged a lead or something. have they renewed the plenum to inlet gasket? bunch of things it could be

If it runs fine it'll be ok imo. They all give off a sort of 'phut' lol from the exhaust every so aften on tick over. All my Rs's have (four btw)

lol, im never noticed the smell before but its not very often i stand at the back on my car listen and smelling! lol, ive taken it to renault to see what they say, hopefully its a little job! hopefully!

Thats nice to hear then.

Same with mine. Always done it. Even after a full service it makes the 'phut' sound mentioned from the rear.
